ZAFÈM is a Haitian musical group built around the creative partnership of Dener Céide and Réginald Cangé, two established figures of the Haitian Music Industry whose combined artistry brings songwriting, musicianship, vocal interpretation, and sophisticated arrangement together.
Dener Céide contributes as composer, songwriter, guitarist, arranger, producer, and vocalist, while Réginald Cangé brings a distinctive and expressive vocal presence. Together, their work expands the vocabulary of contemporary Konpa through carefully crafted arrangements and influences that move through Haitian and Caribbean rhythms, jazz, soul, funk, zouk, and world music.
Their album LAS — Lalin Ak Solèy established a repertoire including songs such as “Le Plein,” “Dlo Dous,” “M Pap Fè Silans,” “Sanpousan,” “Lalin Ak Solèy,” and others, while their live performances emphasize musical precision, storytelling, and audience connection.
